Enjoy a Little Country Life

One of the things that makes our property special is our small flock of five chickens and one duck.

Guests are welcome to visit the coop and enjoy a little taste of country life. When our hens are laying, you're also welcome to collect fresh eggs to enjoy during your stay at no additional charge. Egg availability depends on our hens, of course!

You may also spot deer and other wildlife around the property, especially during the quieter morning and evening hours.

Pond and Fishing

Take a walk down to the pond, find a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the scenery, or bring your fishing gear and cast a line.

You don't have to go anywhere to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. The peaceful country setting is part of the experience.

Relax Under the Stars

When the sun goes down, slow things down and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Spend some time outside, gather around the fire pit, look up at the stars and enjoy a peaceful South Georgia evening away from the noise of town.

The Camper

Our cozy camper gives you the fun of an RV getaway with the comforts of a home away from home.

One of its best features is the private bedroom with a king-size bed, giving two guests a comfortable place to relax and sleep after a day of exploring.

The camper has everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay, whether you're here for a weekend getaway or staying a little longer.

It's a great option for couples, small families, friends, solo travelers and guests coming to the Tifton area for work.

Sleeping Arrangements

The camper accommodates up to 4 guests.

The private bedroom features a king-size bed for two guests.

For guests 3 and 4, the camper has two individual reclining chairs that recline fully, allowing one person to sleep in each chair.

Please note that the recliners are not traditional beds or sofa beds. We want guests traveling in groups of 3 or 4 to know exactly what to expect before booking and make sure this sleeping arrangement is comfortable for their group.

Although you'll be surrounded by nature and country scenery, you won't be far from town.

We're located approximately 10 minutes from Tifton, giving you convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and local attractions.

You get the best of both worlds: a peaceful country setting where you can relax at the end of the day while still being close to everything you may need.

Visiting ABAC or Traveling for Work?

Our location can also be a convenient home base for guests visiting Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC), visiting family in the area, attending local events, or temporarily working in or around Tifton.

For longer stays, the camper offers something different from a hotel room: your own private little home away from home in a quiet country setting.
