The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at the property saying not to go into the beach water by our unit due ti a sewage leak. Of course Matt didn’t mention any of that. The pictures make the space look large but it was quite the opposite. There was expired food left over from previous guest as well. It was a terrible stay. Also someone’s used bathing suit was left in one of the dressers and there was a hole in the wall right by an electrical outlet that they tried to cover with a frisbee or something. Very dangerous.
