- 15 mins walk to Hagley park and the hospital.
- King size beds X 2, full bathroom for both bedrooms.
- Super fast fiber wifi.
- Modern fully functional kitchen.
Absolute city center.
There are lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor.
One king size bedroom on the first floor with a full size bathroom, and one ensuite king size bedroom on the second floor.
Also a front yard with table and chairs for you to chill out.
All the house is yours, no shared premises.
I just live 10 mins away, so please give me a message, I will come for you.

Unfortunately the townhouse does NOT come with a designated carpark.
- Pay by meter in front of the unit on Durham Street North (free overnight).
- 1 hours free parking at the casino Wilson carpark (2 mins walk to the house).
- Paid Wilsons carpark on Kilmore St next to our unit.
