Not a rested nights sleep

This was booked as an overnight on the way home from holidays. The room was cramped, the sofa bed was not very comfy. The bathroom was dirty - pubic hairs in the shower and the shower was broken so did not stay up above head. There were 2 towels left for a family of 4 and the pillows were small and lumpy, no extra pillows left in room. Only 2 cups for making hot drinks - for a family of 4. The room was uncomfortably hot. Heating was switched off. Noisy with window open. Fan in room was even noisier.

The room we had was a path for the heating pipes which meant that every 15 minutes there was a loud clicking or pinking noise as things expanded, we had a terrible night trying to sleep in room 111, avoid this room if you are not a very heavy sleeper.

Overall ok. Check in pretty smooth. £5 to park the car as i had used hotels.com and not booked direct. Room okay but not as clean as could be, sofa looked worn out and walls grubby in places.
