Located in a small village above Klausen, Apartments Marialisa offer breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The 48 m² apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bathroom, and two covered panoramic balconies. It accommodates 2 to 4 guests. The apartment is on the top floor, facing east and south. Amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and brochures.



A shared outdoor area invites you to relax: heated hot tub (open May to end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, lounge area, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away. The property is located in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to Val Gardena and Val di Funes, close to the Dolomites.
