Paradise pier is nice small and quaint. It.s getting remolded soon so we are excited for that process. The staff was friendly and the front desk was very accommodating, nice, helpful, and patient. The water pressure sucks at the hotel..it took a while to take a shower...and the parking structure does not have an elevator, so be prepared to exercise. They don't even have a shuttle to the parks anymore..so again, be prepared to exercise! Hopefully they'll make these changes once they remodel. Oh and the elevator system sucks too...just pick an elevator to ride in!

Love the benefits of staying at the Disneyland property. The Paradise Pier Hotel definitely could use some upgrades. The rooms are older and in need of upgrades. Other than that… pure Disney magic!! I would definitely stay here again and again!! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and relaxing!!
