You can crab or launch your kayak from the private bulkheaded shoreline, with convenient access to the bay via a ladder attached to the bulkhead. Two kayaks are included: one single and one tandem.
Take in amazing sunset views from the covered front porch or gather with family at the seating area right by the water's edge. The fully enclosed front yard is ideal for children and pets.
The first floor features a bright, cheerful kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living room with waterfront views. The first bedroom has a king bed with beautiful bay views, while the second bedroom also features a king-sized bed. There are two full bathrooms on this level—one located off the kitchen mudroom area and the other in the hallway beside the bedrooms.
The second floor offers a private suite that includes a third bedroom with two twin trundles (which can be arranged as four twin beds or two king beds) and its own full bathroom.
The large rear deck and patio area are perfect for outdoor entertaining and feature a fire pit table for cozy evenings.
