This traditional Chincoteague Island home has been lovingly updated while preserving its coastal charm. A private bulkhead boat dock located on Little Oyster Bay is perfect for crabbing, kayaking, and enjoying peaceful waterfront moments.

Inside, a comfortable living room opens to the dining room, and the eclectic kitchen features modern appliances blended with classic touches. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a full hallway bathroom.

Relax and take in the views from the enclosed 4-season porch. The outdoor space is equally delightful, with shade trees, a porch swing, a covered grill area, and even the chance to see the neighboring horses. From the yard, follow a short lane directly to the private boat dock on the bay.

Had sewer issues but still made most of it

Sewer issues flooded sun room everytime you did laundry but got through it and did not let it ruin a weeks vacation great spot booked again next year same week
