Our room was dirty, outdated, and in need of repairs, with water damage in the bathroom, dried vomit on one of the mattresses, exposed wires on the A/C unit, broken sink, and rusty water. When he advised the front desk of the issues, they told us our only recourse was to “take it up with Expedia”. We should be reimbursed for our stay. Atrocious.
