We got the deluxe room with the Jacuzzi, which we didn’t need, but it was the only room they had when I booked. It got up in the morning, filled the water in the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi did not work. A little disappointing also the pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable all in all it’s a really great place to stay would recommend.

Good choice!

It is older but for the price it was good! Friendly staff. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. The option to cook in your room is helpful! The mold in the bathroom and the lack of healthy options for breakfast are our only complaints. Would stay again!

I booked this hotel as a stay over as we were attending the local airshow having to take a ferry over. We weren’t even off the ferry yet in the morning when the hotel started calling me for a valid credit card number. When I book on Expedia, I will often use a Visa debit or account that I have control over as I’ve had problems with hotels in the past double charging, etc. as we were driving off the boat, the hotel called for the first time requesting a card number. This was early in the morning the hotel called multiple times until I was able to hear an answer my phone at the airplane airshow where upon the manager or front desk was incredibly rude about requiring the credit card number. This was prior to check-in time. This was prior to our physical arrival at the hotel. It was completely unnecessary. Check-in was short and the hotel was full and we wandered down for breakfast around 9:30. There was nothing left the staff when we asked if there were more eggs, sausages, etc. we were simply told no this is not what an included breakfast means to me and this is why I specifically book hotels with breakfast included. I have children it gets expensive and it’s easier to have a one and done in one building then racing around a town. I’m not familiar with. The sink and bathrooms were not dirty, but they were not clean with hairs and coffee staining visible. The beds may as well be display beds as they are hard as a rock. The linens feel like cheap polyester curtains.

This property is okay but definitely not worth the expensive rate it currently is. The pool area was so hot, and the front desk staff made me wait while he was organizing his papers. Not friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were lovely and the beds are comfortable, however the rooms were so hot and noisy. You could hear every footstep in the hallways.

The hotel was excellent, quiet, and very tidy. The property is set in a commercial area with dining options and retail stores. We had a fantastic stay!

Overall our stay wasnt bad, but this hotel does seem to have declined from previous stays. Beeakfast was ok but was impacted by shortages from what appears to have been not enough ordered to last between deliveries. The pool was good my kids enjoyed it. We experienced a small power outage and staff was very meh about it and just laughed it off whoch was in poor taste in my opinion as thia occured during the time leading up to checkout meaning elevators werent accessible and everything needed to be carried down stairs. Might be a common occurence as the electeonics in our room were all needed to have clocks reset when we checked in. Genwrator did not power on leaving hallways completly dark
