For some reason, there was dried cleaner on the toilet that was waxy, and the breakfast is very limited selection, and depending on the day certain staff lack refilling the breakfast trays. As well as there is only one waffle cooker and it takes three minutes times that by 20 people. It takes a while to get a waffle but other than that, the beds were pretty good and the rooms were pretty clean.

My stay was terrible! Couldn’t use the jet tub. Was leaking, so it smelled like wet carpet. Also something sharp sticking through the carpet near the tub. Then the air conditioner started making big noises at 3am. Woke me up and I had to turn it off. Told the guy at the desk when I checked out. All he said was thanks for telling him. Won’t recommend staying there

I already posted about our dirty room with the broken lock between rooms, they moved us to a cleaner room. But this morning, the barking dogs in the hallway woke us up early…and there was no hot water for our shower. Amateur stuff.
