I reserved a room and had to cancel, which I did through Expedia but this hotel refuses to refund my money because Expedia didn't send the cancellation to them. Not my fault, this hotel must need the money since they will not release the money. Don't stay here!!!

Had a good time, only thing was when in the room the we had trouble trying to get the TV to work. I ask the lady on the afternoon shift for help and she said she would come and check it out but never came. Every time that we come to town we stay at the Rodeway Inn.

room pretty clean cleaners very nice desk clerk helpful however microwave had to be replaced frig kept freezing up and heater didnt work they did bring us a space heater restaurant on site was nice after staying at rodeway motel six and red roof inn i now know where all the welfare people live having said that not all these people were bad it was just a little weird they were remodeling the place so i would consider staying again

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was dated but clean. However, they are in the middle of renovations so I would assume it will only get better. Very close walk to the Homosassa Springs State Park. No need to drive!

The floor was sticky, some items were dirty. Dogs were barking all night in the suite above. All morning huge trucks were starting and shutting down.. no sleep. Shower barely leaks waterter. From the positive, the AC was quiet and had heat. The room wasn't stinky like some other hotels we've been to

One room was clean. The other had hair in the tub and on the shower curtain, gross. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool looked awesome but we weren’t there long enough to use it. Lobby could use a little update but they seem to be updating the rooms. Good for the price.

No one was there to check in. i had to call them and ask them to come to the front desk. asked for poolside and settled on a room near the parking lot. Loud music one night until really late. went to check out at 7am and again no one there to check me out. bathroom door on the inside was filthy like a mechanics bathroom,really dirty! the rest of the room was clean thats about it b/c the pillows are really bad and huge not comfy at all basically a cheap pillow

This property is currently a great value. It is being renovated, thus 3 stars for property condition/facilities. No comment on the pool, which I did not use though I saw many guests who did. The updated room I occupied was clean and spacious. While certainly serviceable, the tub/shower & toilet could probably benefit from upgrades.

Horribly noisy place. Gas station shared the parking lot and people drove past your room making all kinds of noise all night. Killed a roach in the first few minutes. The curtains do not block the light from the gas station. Questionable clientele in the parking lot.

I truely liked this property it has a nice basic no frills room that was visibly clean, the restaurant and bar was nice and the food very good! All this changed as I was preparing to leave and my eye caught 2 hypodermic needles sitting above the light fixture over the sink. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and the lady had no words to attempt to explain And just took my photo to inform house keeping.
