Studio of 23 m² on a private landscaped plot of 315 m² with a portable pool (396 cm diameter, 84 cm high*). Located in a very quiet area in Las Mogarizas, Sancti Petri, Chiclana, known for its beaches, salt flats, golf courses, wineries, and concerts.
The studio offers a sofa and lift-top coffee table for dining, two double beds (one elevated 140x190 cm with railing and ladder, and one lower 150x190 cm), an open-plan kitchen equipped with appliances, wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi, and desk, all in a single open space. Bathroom with shower. You have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Outside, there are two pergolas with table and chairs, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue. Private parking is available on the property. Crockery, cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, and toiletries are included.
