Didn't know this was a student housing building. The first message I got after booking was not Welcome or Thank You. It was something like, read the rules and agree now and don't do anything prohibited to avoid being fined by us. The worst part about this was that they list "on site parking" as part of this property. This is very important and necessary when you are traveling with babies. I asked about this after booking. They said parking is available from the property. I asked how I could add this. Then they said its actually a city controlled lot that is "about 5.50 a day" as well as street parking. There was no way to prebook this fabled lot. Well we arrived and the lot was full. Also, it was actually 84 a day. Don't list parking available if you’re just going to tell me to "look on SpotHero." I can do that anywhere. Ended up having to go to a garage 5 blocks away everytime we went anywhere.Also. There were blonde hairs in my bed. Do you even wash the sheets? None of us are blonde.
