Welcome to our bright and inviting fully furnished apartment featuring an open-concept layout designed for comfort and convenience.



The spacious living area is filled with natural light from large windows and includes a comfortable sofa and TV—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A dining table is also provided for meals or working from home.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.



Our apartment offers two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed and ample space for rest and relaxation. A clean, functional bathroom serves the space.



With its open layout, abundant natural light, and thoughtfully selected furnishings, this apartment is move-in ready and ideal for comfortable city stay.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the lively Hyde Park neighborhood, this area offers a rich mix of culture, dining options, and inviting green spaces. Just a short distance away, you can visit the Hyde Park Art Center or stop by the charming 14 Parish café for a relaxing morning coffee. For a breath of fresh air, Harold Washington Park and Monahan Point provide picturesque settings perfect for a leisurely walk or quiet downtime. With several transit options just steps from your door, exploring the city is easy and convenient. Nearby bus stops at Cornell & Hyde Park, E Hyde Park & Cornell, and E Hyde Park & East End provide quick access to public transportation, while the 51st/53rd St. (Hyde Park) station is also close by for rail service. Ride-sharing services are readily available, and a Divvy bike station is just a short distance away, making it simple to get around however you prefer.

Dogs are permitted with approval. Some breed and weight restrictions may apply. Please provide your dog’s breed and weight before making a reservation. Cats are welcome as well.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
