When the weather is extremely cold, I would suggest warming up the customer’s room before they use it, and most people when they travel they need an iron for their clothes, I would suggest you guys start putting this in the rooms, on the websites it says that you guys have a bar and a lounge but you guys don’t have it it’s still being built, on the website the gym looks extremely big but it’s very small with like 6 gym equipments, other than that great customer service and great room service, the rooms are pretty clean. I would definitely stay here again.

People at front desk are nice. Pool nice. Hallway carpets could use an updating there old and stained. Clean room, 24/hr weight room. No restraunt or bar like it says. And I didn’t like how you gotta pay $9.99 a person for breakfast that’s not really worth it. I also called ahead before booking and they told me there wasn’t a deposit at check in then I got there and they charged my card $50 and now I gotta wait two weeks to get my $50 back. So some good and bad things. Personally don’t think it’s worth the price.

We called attempting to set up a one night stay and the best they could do was $175 a night saying they were expecting a full house. We refused and got online and got the same room for $125. The hotel was nowhere near capacity. The room didn’t warm up properly; towels were warn out; blinds had numerous holes. And little things like hand sanitizers in main lobby were empty. Very ‘meh’ stay - unimpressed.

There was no room service after the first night, had to go, get my own towels, had to go get bathroom amenities. The counter staff was on personal phone calls when I went down to get towels. Wife called down to have bathroom amenities brought up, and counterperson said they were without help, so she went downstairs to get it herself, and there was nobody at the front desk. Bathtub was rusted, and the place looked dirty. No coffee at all midmorning near the front desk. Just a very poor experience.

On Christmas I got hit in my shoulder by the elevator and I spoke with a young lady who said the manager told her to call up to my room and get an incident report. She told me the manager would not be there to after I leave, when I got ready to check out I asked her for the information and she said that she didn’t do it. The manager was sitting at the front desk by then asked me what happened and said he would email me the information today and never did and also said will give my information to the owners to call me. Terrible service there they offered me 25 dollar credit off my room
