Our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is move-in ready and designed for comfort. The space includes:



Bedroom: Queen bed and a desk

Kitchen: Stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and basic cooking essentials

Located in a convenient spot, the apartment is close to transit, dining options, shops, parks, and beaches—perfect for exploring or enjoying a relaxing stay.

The Neighborhood:

Our apartment is ideally located near a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The Promontory and Valois Restaurant are both just a three-minute walk away, while Nichols (John Fountain) Park is about a six-minute stroll. The Griffin Museum of Science and Industry and the Jackson Park cherry blossoms are each only a five-minute drive, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area.



Getting Around:

Our place offers easy access to public transportation, with ride-sharing services readily available in the area. The Lake Park & 53rd Street bus stop is just a three-minute walk away, while the Lake Park & 54th Street stop is about a five-minute walk. The 51st/53rd Street (Hyde Park) station is approximately a ten-minute walk, making it simple to get around the city.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. We welcome dogs and cats only for $50 per pet fee. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
