整體乾淨整潔，但費用跟居住品質CP不高（例如沒有附早餐，但收費偏高）。但停車場的位置很大很好停。

一門有AB二室，這次住的是有窗戶的，房間很大還有大陽台，冰箱也足夠冷，雖然沒早餐服務，但早上去朝天宮拜拜附近吃的很方便。

如果要前往朝天宮，這裡應該是最適合的地點。當然在宮廟旁邊就要忍受可能外面的聲音。但是這個地點實在太完美，只要走一分鐘就到朝天宮，如果下次要來，還是選這裡
