On entering the property you will find to your right a fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine & dishwasher.
On the left is our store/cleaning cupboard.
On the right is a rather spacious downstairs toilet & sink
Leading onto the Large open plan Lounge/Diner with a 55" Smart TV & patio doors leading to the rear fully enclosed rear garden & shed.
0nto the second floor you will find a large bedroom with a King size bed which can also be split to make 2 x Single beds (on request). This room also has a Juliet balcony looking onto the rear garden.
