I had a great night's stay at Double Tree by Hilton-Crystal city. The room is very clean and I especially appreciate the friendly and professional staff! Also enjoyed the bar and the breakfast. Area is nice, but honestly the entrance was a little difficult to find.

The hotel is ok, but staff constantly trying to get you pay extra even for things that should be included. We've been asked to pay even for breakfast which was clearly part of the reservation. Took some time to proof it was included. At the end we still have been asked to leave tips.

Nice hotel but the thermostat states the room was 65 it was not 65 even after it was on until after midnight to sleep. The room was not cold and was sweating through out the night.
