This is a true North Georgia mountain cabin — 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, arcade games, hot tub, fire pit, wrap-around decks, and everything eight people need to completely unplug. Blue Ridge is 9.7 miles away. The only hard part is leaving.

The cabin sits on a wooded lot in Cherry Log, GA, balancing genuine mountain character with real comfort.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The wrap-around deck is the social hub. A private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers anchors the upper deck alongside rocking chairs and lounge furniture. String lights run on an automatic timer from dusk until midnight. The lower deck has cornhole boards and a Pop-a-Shot basketball game. The fire pit sits on black slate stone with Adirondack chairs and bench seating for eight, lit pathway included. A propane grill and outdoor dining area handle group cookouts.

MAIN FLOOR
Open-concept living: vaulted ceilings, leather couch, remote-control gas fireplace, 50-inch Roku TV, and a bar with two extra seats. The full kitchen has an electric range, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, crock pot, blender, and a dual-service coffee maker for both K-cups and grounds. A round table seats the group for card games after dinner. Bedroom 1 — king bed, Roku TV, armoire, blackout shades. Bedroom 2 — queen bed, Roku TV, drawers and hanger rack. Main floor full bath has a tub and shower.

THE LOFT
A second king bed under a ceiling fan with large windows. The futon converts to a queen-sized bed for overflow sleeping. Game room: foosball table, Golden Tee Golf and Pac-Man arcade games, 55-inch Roku TV. Laptop desk and chair for remote workers. Private full bath with shower plus a washer/dryer combo in the loft.

SLEEPING: 2 kings (Bedroom 1 + Loft), 1 queen (Bedroom 2), 1 queen futon (Loft). Sleeps up to 8.

LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
Centrally located between three towns — you're never more than 25 minutes from something to do.

BLUE RIDGE (9.7 miles, ~20 min): Downtown shops, galleries, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway wine excursion. Mercier Orchards for apples, fresh cider, and baked goods. Expedition Bigfoot Museum for a fun family detour. Lake Blue Ridge for swimming and kayak rentals (~26 min).

ELLIJAY (14 miles, ~24 min): B.J. Reece Orchards, downtown dining and shops.
McCAYSVILLE (12.2 miles, ~22 min): On the GA/TN border — Riverwalk shops, local restaurants, Tooey's Music Venue for live music.

FAMILIES WITH KIDS: The loft game room gives kids their own space while parents unwind on the deck. Fire pit s'mores, trail access from the property, and Fightingtown Creek around the corner. Multiple Roku TVs in every room for bedtime without arguments.

FRIEND GROUPS (4-8): Hot tub, fire pit, foosball, arcade games, cornhole, Pop-a-Shot — there's always something to do. Blue Ridge restaurants and wineries are 20 minutes out for a night off the property.

BACHELORETTE / BACHELOR TRIPS: Spend the days wine tasting or kayaking, come back to the hot tub and fire pit at night. The amenity stack is built for groups.

COUPLES RETREATS: Two main-floor bedrooms and the loft give three couples private space. Smart lock check-in, no coordination needed.

REMOTE WORKERS: Reliable WiFi, dedicated desk in the loft, real kitchen for real meals. Work Monday-Wednesday, explore the rest.


GUEST ACCESS

Full, private access to the entire cabin — all interior spaces and both decks. Smart lock check-in: your door code arrives via the app before check-in. Backup key available in lockbox if needed. The only off-limits area is a locked crawl space door on the lower deck (owner maintenance only). Host is not on-site but responds within an hour.


COMMUNICATION:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their mountain retreat. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or by phone. Check-in is seamless with a smart lock, so you can arrive and unwind at your own pace.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: A signed rental agreement and a $300 security deposit hold are required to finalize your booking. An automated message with a link to complete these will be sent after you reserve. Directions and door codes will not be issued until both items are received. The Security Deposit is released shortly after departure once the cleaning staff has verified that there is no damage or extra cleaning required.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide an initial starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry pods. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies from nearby stores.

MOUNTAIN LIVING: This is a true cabin-in-the-woods experience. You may encounter wildlife like bears and bugs; please keep car doors locked and do not leave food outside. The metal roof can also be noisy during the fall when acorns and small branches drop from the trees.

POWER AND WIFI: In the event of bad weather, power outages can occur, which would affect Wi-Fi. Emergency flashlights are provided for your convenience. We will attempt to provide updates on power restoration as much as possible; however, we can only provide what local power companies are sharing.

FIREWOOD: We do our best to keep firewood stocked for the fire pit, but a supply is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing your own fire-starting materials. Firewood is available for purchase at local stores.

CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at the time of booking.
