We booked this room on Travelocity as we were traveling through the area. Check-in was easy even though we had booked the room only minutes before, and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel’s facilities are suitable for conferences, however, it was not full on the night that we stayed. I highly recommend this hotel, while the room was small, it was well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The lake view from our room was amazing. There were walking trails in front of the hotel along the lake with lovely views. We look forward to returning to this area as Lake Junaluska is a beautiful location.
