Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They did not even know that I had a reservation. Complete breakdown of Expedia booking process. We booked two rooms. They could only show one. Ended up not staying there. Can we expect a refund? This property should not be listed in expedia. I use your service a lot. This was a very bad experience.
