Perfect for up to four guests, the home combines stylish modern interiors with a peaceful central location, just a short walk from Montpellier, restaurants, boutiques and Cheltenham’s famous festivals.

A private entrance leads into a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining space designed for relaxed living. The lounge features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favourite streaming services after a day exploring Cheltenham.

The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster. A dining table for four provides a great space for meals or planning the day ahead.

Large bi-fold doors open onto a gravelled rear courtyard, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Please note the courtyard is not enclosed and therefore not fully private.

The home offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms.

The ground floor bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and its own modern en-suite shower room.

Upstairs you’ll find the stunning master suite, featuring a king-size bed, exposed beams and bi-fold doors opening onto a private terrace. The suite also boasts a feature resin freestanding bath along with a separate modern shower room, creating a luxurious space to unwind.

Absolutely heavenly space, and a wonderful upgrade!

Not just a beautiful, fabulous space, but everything has been thoughtfully catered for, right down to tissues and wireless phone chargers! I absolutely love the upgraded feature dining area, and upstairs deck with wooden flooring and plants. I personally appreciated the stainless steel pots, and extensive kitchen utensils too. The whole space is airy, light, homely, cosy and welcoming; a joy to be in. My dog and I love this as our home from home when we visit family x
