The hotel was very clean, grand and impressive. The room was a suitable size, but the air-con was a little noisy, although not intrusive. USB sockets would have been nice, perhaps when next updated.

Perfect hotel in centre of Cheltenham

Enjoyed a splendid stay in a beautiful suite with a 4 poster bed which was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fine too.Location is excellent for visiting the town and parking was easy.Altogether an excellent experience.

Queen’s Hotel has a lot of historical charm, but its age shows in the architecture. The floors throughout are extremely creaky and uneven—to the point where walking in my room felt unsteady. Both my bedside lights did not work which was a shame. While the experience was interesting, given the price and the fact im not 60 yet I might consider other options next time.
