A very pleasant hotel in a quiet part of the Cotswold countryside, yet very close to the main attractions. Wonderful grounds for a warm evening aperitif, nice restaurant and a tasty breakfast. Would recommend and will return.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff are so accommodating a true show of how service and hospitality should be 10/10, the gardens are beautiful with so many little areas to explore. The food is amazing and it has been an absolute pleasure for us to stay. We will be coming back and making it a part of our holiday trips. Stunning, amazing and beautiful.

A Cotswold gem!

This was our 4th return trip to LOTM and as usual, it was a pleasure. Staff are always attentive, without being overbearing, rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it feel like an ‘home from home’ and the Atrium tasting menu was outstanding, as always. We will be back for stay number 5 to experience the summer tasting menu, in the near future!

Comfortable elegance

Amazing quiet luxury to return to after a day of exploring in the Cotswolds. Parking was easy and our room was splendid. The bathroom has great products and was always immaculately clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The grounds are divinely interesting and beautifully maintained. Breakfasts were amazing and fresh. Best Benedict’s ever because of the Hollandaise sauce. The fruit options for breakfast were fresh. The vegetarian English breakfast was wonderful. Sunday lunch was definitely a highlight and we loved the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Would definitely return as this was a memorable relaxed sense of country elegance and refinement without any pretension

The Lords of the Manor is a unique hotel, it has a lot of history, it is small, the staff are professionally friendly, the locale the Slaughters are so Cotswold and the surrounding towns are a joy to visit. Bourton on the Water and Stowe on the Wold are two examples. But the attraction is the hotel itself, the atmosphere is calm, the public rooms are so tastefully decorated as are the bedrooms/suites and it is a joy to return to.
