Arranged across a single level, the house feels open and light, framed by gentle countryside views. At its heart is an open-plan living and dining space centred around a classic Cotswold wood-burning stove, creating a warm, sociable place for evenings together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for unhurried meals and shared cooking, while a separate snug with television provides a second living space, ideal for families or groups wanting a little flexibility.
French doors lead out to a sunny terrace and a large, fully enclosed private garden with seating, BBQ and firepit. The lawn offers plenty of space for children, dogs and outdoor games, and the garden is a lovely spot for morning coffee, long lunches or evenings by the fire.
The house sleeps six across three generously sized bedrooms, two kings and one twin. The principal bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms are served by a spacious family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Private parking, including a carport, is available on site.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the house, private garden, terrace and parking areas.
The property is accessed via self check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. A small number of storage areas may be locked, but all living spaces, garden areas and parking are available for guest use.

Please note, the property is for registered guests only.
Please keep your keys safe. Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement fee.
Accidents happen - please just let us know. Any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the security deposit.
We ask that furniture is not moved or rearranged during your stay.
Please wash up any used dishes before checking out.
And lastly, please pop your rubbish in the appropriate bins (located outside) before you leave.
