Situated at the Lookout in Lake Chelan just steps away from the year-round heated pool and 20-person hot tub, and a short walk away from Vin Da Luc Winery and downtown.

This new home features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining and living room with all the amenities needed to have a great meal, watch a game on the 75” smart tv or have a fun night in playing family games.

The Villa features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 7 with plenty of space to snuggle up and read a book or watch a movie. Rest comfortably in the spacious master bedroom with plush king size bed, vaulted ceilings, 55” smart tv, modern standup work desk or in the secondary bedroom including cozy bunk beds with clever built-in storage, and two completely self-sufficient areas for slumber, with outlets, USB ports and smart TV.

Need to work remotely? Enjoy the astonishing views of Lake Chelan from the custom-built desk located in the living room. Ethernet/high-speed Wi-Fi internet included throughout.

Coming for the summer?
The Villa’s location can't be beat! Walk a few steps to the vineyard pool and hot tub, take a short walk to the Vin du Lac Winery or take a stroll into town. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while having dinner on the patio dining table or enjoy an evening roasting marshmallow at the firepit while you take in the peaceful view of the lake from the Adirondack chairs. The community offers private shuttles down to the private beach when you are ready to explore.

Wanting a winter getaway?
The Villa is the perfect cottage to enjoy during the fall/winter months as you can enjoy an abundant of things to do. Take a dip just steps away in the heated pool or hot tub. Snuggle up and relax under the heated covered porch or stay inside and enjoy the warm heated floors and play games on a night in. Enjoy sledding down the Lookout’s community parks or travel 8 miles North to Echo Valley Ski area or 50 miles south to Mission Ridge Resort.
