Baggage did not arrived with me at my final destination because the first flight was delayed. That was acceptable to me because there was only 30 difference between flights. What is not acceptable at all, is that in Amsterdam, KLM promised to deliver the luggage to my hotel during the afternoon and failed. Then promised to deliver it by 9:30pm and again failed. When I called, they wanted to deliver it the next day, but after I expressed that their failing to comply with their commitments was making me very upset and the next day will affect my job, they delivered the luggage by midnight. It was a very unnecessary stressful situation.
