Spa is very small and have to be pre-booked which means is almost impossible to use. Not very useful especially in a ski hotel where afterski sauna/hammam is necessary

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean, although the bed was too firm for my personal preference.
