O hotel fica muito bem localizado, no centro da cidade. No coração do comércio. Pertinho do terminal rodoviário. Fica mais ou menos de 10 a 15 minutos da Unesp de ônibus. Perto do Museu de Paleontologia e menos de 10 minutos do shopping Esmeralda de ônibus. O café da manhã é farto. A única coisa que não gostei foi que aos domingos o hotel não oferece serviço de quarto, então como cheguei num domingo à noite foi difícil achar um lugar aberto pra comer e acabei pagando bem caro por uma pizza no único lugar que encontrei aberto quando poderia ter feito um lanche no próprio hotel. No geral foi tudo bem. Ambiente acolhedor, limpo e com funcionários bem simpáticos.
