Great find!

This was one of our best stays in Chattanooga. The host checked on us after the first night to see if we needed anything--nice personal touch. The property was clean, secure, and private. We enjoyed the quietness, view, and proximity to downtown. We will book this property again for a future trip to Chattanooga.

Down Hill was Up Hill

The property was clean, check in was easy. The owner communicated to check to make sure stay was okay and to see if anything was needed. The property was close to downtown and other tourist attractions, but was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Take time to sit out on the patio at night.

Nice place to stay. Very quiet and clean. The washer and dryer was a plus. The only thing was the driveway was challenging due to all the vehicles parked on the street and the area to park was in need of trimming limbs(. Had to hold the limbs up. Just to get into truck ) Hot water took two/three minutes to get warm but never really got that hot.

Girls Trip

The Downhill Retreat is a gem. The one bedroom studio is perfect for a couple or in our case mother/daughter get away. The place was immaculate, decorated artfully and felt so cozy. It is just minutes from the river, aquarium and Arts district. We will definitely stay here again! The complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated that first night! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

What a perfect little place for just the two of us and our doggie. We wanted something close to downtown and also close to where my husband was having his 50th high school reunion. This rental was situated between the two which made it very convenient. The layout of the rental, the design, and decor were amazing. It was obvious much thought went into making this place a home away from home. They had plenty of soap dispensers, extra pillows - even towels to wash the makeup off my face and a sound machine to help you sleep. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were just lovely folks. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental. If we plan another trip to Chattanooga, we'll definitely stay here again - we loved it.

Cozy retreat in the heart of Chattanooga

We love our stay in this beautifully decorated, cozy retreat. Favorite part was reading on the patio overlooking a lovely flower garden. The hosts were so welcoming. We had everything we needed and bed was super comfy.
