The power banks didn't work had to use outlets, cable kept cutting out, had to pay for valet parking or park away from hotel, paid for handicap room and didn't have handicap friendly shower, sum staff was rude and unhelpful.

This is the first time I’ve ever reserved a room,paid for what I requested ( which showed to be available) but when I arrived the desk clerk informed me that they didn’t have that type room and he didn’t care or even attempt to help in any manner whatsoever, basically take what I give you or leave attitude.
