Everyone was super friendly, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful spacious room that was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and something different each of the three mornings we were there. Great recommendations for places to visits and terrific dining options.

An excellent choice for a week or a weekend in Charlottetown. Within 5 minutes of many restaurants and bars, shopping venus, and a few blocks from the waterfront. Very kind and attentive staff. Suite was clearly well designed, with heated floors in the bathroom, a sofa lounge, Georgian windows, and a comfortable bed. Suggestions for improvements: 1) the temperature was too high in the hotel, I lowered the temperature but some days I had to keep the windows open; 2) the cable TV was malfunctioning and I had to fix it myself, as the staff didn't have a solution; 3) the shower gel and the shampoo are far too liquid and unusable, and I ran out of it after only 2-3 days.; 4) very few coffee pods, I asked for a refill after 3-4 days but the refill didn't come. But overall a solid choice for a stay in Charlottetown.

Perfect location to downtown dining/shopping. A quick walk to the boardwalk by the water. Such a unique hotel vibe. We took a risk booking this using just the pictures and reviews, so glad we did as it was worth the experience. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Technological nightmare

At first we were impressed with the charm of the hotel lobby. But when we got to our room, nothing worked - not the tv, not the telephone, not the coffee maker and not the bathroom lighting. I honestly cannot believe they had the nerve to rent out this hotel room without checking for operational problems. We were given a discount on the rate but it was so bad that we left a day early.
