Located in the highly sought-after and centrally located Lochlyn Hill, welcome home to this newly constructed and beautiful cottage in the heart of Charlottesville, conveniently located to anywhere you would want to go and surrounded by parks and Blue Ridge Mountain views! Lovingly cared for and decorated with a joyful flair and eye for design, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with an office and off-street parking will have you never wanting to leave.
This house would be perfectly suited to a small family, couple, or two friends sharing a home! The main floor includes the living room with gas fireplace, full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, and bedroom with queen bed, along with a front porch and balcony.
Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, and a secondary living room/den with TV.
Downstairs, a quiet office provides ideal working-from-home conditions, as well as access to the driveway and garage.
I live close by and am happy to help with anything you might need, but I am always respectful of your privacy.
