The Treehouse escape is set amidst 55 acres of natural beauty
The Treehouse escape is set amidst 55 acres of natural beauty. As you approach, a winding path leads you through lush woodland as you hike into your stay. The treehouse itself is a haven, perched at the top of the hill- Built out of shipping containers it uniquely blends modern with comfort. Created in a way that allows you to escape reality, with books, board games and no wifi. You really are at a place you can escape. Wintertime is truly magical as you use provided snowshoes to the treehouse
We live locally and are available if needed. Please reach out via text or call if you are not getting a response on the app.
Explore and Roam the 55 acres.
When you enter the is a working tree farm to your left. Farther down the road you'll see a white farm house. Please keep your distance from these two spots. Light activity in these locations may take place from time to time. You are free to roam the rest of the area. Enjoy!
In the wintertime 4 wheel drive may be necessary to reach the upper parking pad. If you do not have 4 wheel drive it is suggested you park in the lower entry lot. This will just extend your magical hike to the treehouse by about 100 steps.
When you arrive you'll park and hike into the treehouse about 100 steps up a mulched path. Wintertime is even more magical when you use the provided snowshoes to treck through the snow to your treehouse. The treehouse is set in Pincherry Acres on a 55 acre parcel which is open for you to explore. The tree house is made of two shipping containers masterfully designed for oneness with nature. The upper floor contains the bedroom and fully tiled bathroom. Off the bedroom is the first of 3 balconies. Down the spiral staircase you are welcomed with a nicely stocked kitchen which is equipped with a cook top, pots and pans, full size fridge, keurig coffee pot and sink. The living room is made cozy with an indoor fireplace, books and games. There is no wifi at the house but if you have service (AT&T does) you can stream using your hot spot. We have a DVD player and a small library of videos, books and games too. However you won't want to spend too much time indoors. The second balcony opens with a glass garage door in the living room. That back deck is decorated with a propane firepit for instant ambiance. On the main balcony where you enter the property you are met with a table for outdoor eating as well as a grill. Explore the 55 acres as you unwind, relax and recharge during your stay at the Treehouse at Pincherry Acres.
You must hike into the treehouse. You can not drive up to it. It is about a 100 step walk uphill on a mulched path. In the wintertime we provide snowshoes (3 sets, and 2 sets of YakTraxs). 4 wheel drive may be necessary to park in the upper lot. If you don't have 4 wheel drive no worries you will park in the lower lot and your walk in will be a bit longer (add 100 steps).

Awesome Place!
Great place, make sure you read the info they send you as we got lost and had to stay elsewhere our first night. Was definitely user error. The only thing was that there was not wi-fi, again, it may have said that and we didn't notice so I can't knock em' for that one! Overall super cool place!

Loved our stay!
My partner and I stayed here because it was close to the tunnel of trees. The host was very easy to contact and was able to provide some recommendations for places in the area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the basket of goodies, such as blankets, s'more sticks, bug spray, etc.
We really enjoyed the electronic fireplace that was indoors, in addition to the firepit outside. It provided some nice extra heat and added to the aesthetic. The place was also very clean and had all that we needed. We actually got engaged while on this trip, too!
In terms of the "cons," the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. I can't be too mad at this though given the location. As the booking described, there is a bit of a steep walk to the location, but this was expected. We were going back and forth from the parking to the site as we tried to see the aurora, so my legs were burning toward the end haha. Lastly, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, as I tend to prefer softer beds. The view overlooking the trees was beautiful though. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Secluded Getaway
A quiet and tranquil escape. A great place to unwind, reconnect, and think. The Treehouse is chic and cozy and situated on a beautiful wooded lot with plenty of natural air to take in. Rain or shine, you will find serenity waiting. Our host was very accessible and check-in and out was simple. Only con is the walk up the incline, but well worth the end result.
