We had a great stay at the manoir! We took advantage of all the activities, including fishing. Staff were helpful and nice. Sad that the pool got closed for repairs during our last day.

Initial issue with room at check-in was dealt with quickly and professionally. Very satisfied. Bar/restaurants were lightly staffed. A bit slow, distracted. After cleaning the room, no replacements of glassware, coffee mugs, additional coffee. Checkout great, pool area great. I still recommend this location.

Not worth the money

I felt like this hotel, although beautiful from the outside just didn't offer much. We don't golf and honestly, there was just not a lot in the area. We are from the US and people were not very nice. It was also incredibly expensive and I found the same room on the website the day we checked in for 1/2 the price and neither hotels.com nor the hotel would help us out with even an upgrade or a lake view. We paid over $1000 for 2 nights at this place and looked out over a courtyard! Also, if you want to park your own car, get ready. There was never parking close by so we had to park at the P9 lot. This was up about 100 stairs. I'm not kidding, there were a ton of stairs which we had to walk up 4 times. Ridiculous that they wouldn't reserve parking closer to the hotel for guests. Instead, casino guests could park there. I just felt this hotel did not prioritize it's guests.

Very big complex, beautifully maintained rooms and common areas. Found the service for dinner at the bar and restaurants problematic. Took 30-45 min to receive a cheese plate. We also asked for two glasses of wine which we didn’t receive. The waitress offered us free cocktails and followed up often on our order but could only get us the wine after we finished our dish. By then, it was too late. We also had a terrible time trying to find parking. All the free parking lots were always full and we had to pay for the underground parking at the casino. Priority should be given to those saying at the hotel. We have reservations again in March and I am wondering if I should cancel them.

Huge bus loads of people for breakfast. You need to wait in lines. Magnificent outside but my room deluxe king river view was very old and needed update. Jacuzzi tub from the 80’s. Very disappointing.

The billing system crashed during dinner but clients were not informed of the problem and were made to wait 30 mins for this bill. Offering an explanation and maybe offering another coffee would have improved the mood.
