This Eugenia property is beautiful and decorated with sophistication and elegance. Just a minute walk to the beach! Communication with the property managers was amazing- very responsive! We enjoyed the pool and sunbathing on the deck, bicycling around the island and taking tennis and pickleball lessons. The shopping and dining on Kiawah Island and in Charleston are fantastic. We will be returning to this property!

Perfect beach house for a large family. Large private rooms with on-suite baths. Two family rooms and a dining room that accommodated everyone at dinner. Kitchen worked well for our chef who was able to work independently of what was going on in the house. The separate fridge and wet bar were very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, and other owners and guest were friendly. Playground was ideal for the two- and four-year-old. The beach was essentially a private beach, with very easy access and an area for rinsing our equipment and ourselves.

Place had mold, pots and pans were in terrible shape, range hood didn’t work with gas stove that was too high. Spiders in the bunk beds. Reached out to property management company the morning after first night and no one came out till next day and wasn’t finished till day before we left. They provided a refund, but we spent a lot of money on a house that should have been clean. Terrible experience

The air conditioning was not working in most of the house when we got there. We were told that it was being addressed and someone would be out that evening when we arrived. No one came until the next evening after 8:30 p.m. He was there for 2 hours. When he left the air was working, but then the emergency heat went on upstairs making the upstairs unlivable until they returned to fix it which was the next afternoon. It was over 100 degrees with the heat index the week we were there making it miserable! We were told to use the ceiling fans, however half of them were missing the remotes and some had missing batteries. They finally sent an emergency team out 2 days after we arrived. I requested that we be reimbursed for the first half of the week, but I am waiting to hear if that will happen. So far I haven’t heard anything. I would not recommend this property to any one unless they get the air conditioning fixed.

Beautiful home short walk to pool

We enjoyed the pool, the very short walk to the beach, and bike trails. The bedrooms and common areas are comfortable and we liked the decor. I would recommend this place.

Family Golf/Beach Trip

This location was simply ideal for us. Our group consisted of my daughter and her family (kids - 1 and 4), her in-laws and our single son. We are foodies so the kitchen afforded us the opportunity to prepare three dinners in the home as well as breakfasts and an occasional lunch. The pool was a wonderful addition for adult time during afternoon naps. And the family room, aside from the great room, was ideal for kids TV time. Perfect layout. Short stroll to the beach was also a big plus. Lastly I need to give a shot out to the communications with the management team. It was perfect.

Kiawah in August

So I booked this house for a 5 night stay, and it coincided with Tropical Storm Debby rolling through. I paid a premium price for this home, and the host and management company did not deliver a premium product. We wanted to BBQ, and upon uncovering the grill, I discovered it was in complete disrepair. In fact it was barely operable....grates that had caked on grease residue, exposed gas burners. There was also no speakers anywhere in the house to play music with a Bluetooth connection. I found that odd, and the TV setup are all Roku boxes, with limited Live TV. One of the main king bedrooms had pool floats left inside, and for a 5 night stay I believe the hosts left us with exactly 5 Cascade pods for the dishwasher and 6 garbage bags. It seemed a frugal approach to what was advertised as an exceptional House for rent. Im not quite sure what they believed we might do with extra dishwashing detergent and garbage bags. The beach towels were also rather small and flimsy. I believed I was paying for a 5 star home near the beach and in my humble opinion it was more of a 2 1/2 to 3 star experience. Thank you

Fantastic Kiawah Vacay!

We had a wonderful time staying just steps away from the beach! The house was so clean a beautiful!! We have a son with special needs and there was beach access very close by that we were able to walk to from our house. Also the pool was very accessible (no steps!) Thank you for a great vacation!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 10! The layout of this house is wonderful. It's literally a minute walk to the beach. The pool was also perfect. If we could stay here every year for our family vacation we would. You will not regret it!

Best home ever!

This was a great home! It was very clean, furniture was very nice, the beds were comfortable...even the pillows. The pool was great, was across the street from the beach entrance. The team was great with getting back to us right away with a few small issues. Small things I would suggest .... a few more towels in the bathrooms, and a few new pans. The Teflon was coming off a few and I don't like to use them once that happens. Also, if there were some cleaning supplies (comet, Windex....) under the sink I would have been happy to scrub the kitchen sink and the bottoms of the pots. But over all it was a great house and a great family reunion. Ages 1 yr to 70 years.

Beautiful house in Kiawah

We had a wonderful stay with family in this beautiful house. It was just as pictured online, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location was perfect…right across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay again!

The house was amazing! Very beautiful furnishings-top notch. Lots of space for multiple families. We saw a buck traveling through the backyard every day. It was a little to cool to use the pool but we enjoyed grilling and sitting outside. The gas fire pit was also enjoyed by all.
