It took 20 minutes for hot water in my shower the second day. On the third day, it never got hot ever. The elevator broke for two days so I had to carry my suitcase up flights of stairs. For this kind of price, how is it possible that there's no hot water in a hotel of this size and brand name?

Breakfast and service was great! Great rooms and we had everything we needed. Having laundry on site was a huge help too! Only negative was the service for the night shift. You could tell the lady on the night shift did not want to be there.
