The Villa Malaxa is a fully renovated traditional stone villa, built with unique architecture and design which is fully harmonized with the environment
The total area is 260 m2 and is built on two levels. It consists of ground floor 170m2 surface and A surface floor 90m2.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, WC with bath and 2 large bedrooms.
The first floor consists of 2 living rooms, bedroom and WC.
It features 2 outdoor surface terraces 50m2 and 15m2 which have unobstructed views across the city of Chania.
The villa has exterior surface of 1,700 m2, has an outside jacuzzi for 8 people, swimming pool 40m2, barbecue, 4 pergolas that are home to 2 living rooms and 2 outdoor dining areas.

This is such a charming villa! The view is incredible, Stefanos was there to greet us and show us around, and had some necessities stocked for us, too. The whole process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes, host was very accommodating. Met us there and gave us the rundown. I wouldn't change my rating for it but best to know that it is a long drive on winding mountain roads to get there. Once there though the place is quite unique and roomy. Definitely feel you are on a mountainous hillside in Crete - cats, goats donkeys and all!

Villa Experience

We had an amazing stay at Malaxa Villa. It is well furnished & has amazing terraces. The owner was easy to communicate with & meet us at check in to ensure if we needed anything we could contact him. The pool and spa were a little cool for our preference, but it is the latter part of October and to be expected. It is a bit of a drive from Chania, but the solitude and views were more than worth the time.

Jolie maison bien placée pour rayonner autour de Chania.La maison est bien equipée et la piscine est très agreable en aout. La climatisation dans les chambres est efficace.A notre arrivée, nous avions plusieurs aliments disponibles dans le frigo et les placards, ce qui nous a permis de prendre notre temps pour faire les courses.La maison pourrait necessiter un rafraichissement et il n'est pas toujours facile de se retrouver parmis les interrupteurs des lumières mais globalement nous avons passé un très bon sejour.
