As comfortable and well equipped as the interior of this Villa is, it is the outside space which really singles it out. On the edge of a scattering of select Villas, privacy is secured by natural rock faces, gardens and open hillsides on two aspects so that the gardens really feel as though they are in a world set apart with mature plantings with paths, terraces and little sitting areas all blessed with a picture book view framed by the sea. In the foreground are olive groves, hillsides and the white and pastel coloured walls and church tower of the Village of Upper Stalos, which is, incidentally within walking distance for those who are fit enough to take on the 1 km hilly walk. Location On the edge of a scattering of select Villas, it is just 1km from the village of Upper Stalos where there area a couple of traditional tavernas offering exceptional local cooking. The closest beach of Stalos, long and sandy, is less than five minutes away by car. Chania, whose twinkling lights reveal themselves on the night scene, is approximately 15 minutes drive. Great location to get to the coastline but come away to the hillside villa to enjoy the views and peaceful surroundings. Outside Villa ClioSwimming Pool - free form tiled pool (1m to 1.6m deep) which has 'chemical free' natural filtration is supplemented by two smaller children’s pools, from which water spills over into the main pool.
