Totally renovated (2020-2021), offering high quality materials- two floor large flat of over 80m2 located in the heart of the old town of Chania, literally at the Venetian port of the city. Fully equipped with 3 A/C units, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and all the facilities needed for a hassle free stay. Private Parking available free of charge for our guests. Fast WiFi. “ House 8” is a luxurious flat, fully equipped and decorated with high quality materials located in one of the most picturesque buildings of the Venetian Old town.
It offers absolute comfort and can accommodate up to 5 people in 80 sq.m. of interior space . Our home features balconies on both aspects of the flat with views on the Old Harbour, the vibrant alley of Sarpidonos and the rooftops of the traditional Old Town.
The first level features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a complimentary WC. The second level offers two more bathrooms, one ensuite to the master queen sized bed bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined, if so wished, to form a large king size bed.
Plenty of daylight surrounds the flat and all windows are triple glazed for extra comfort and quietness. All spaces are air conditioned. A 5th person can sleep on the couch. Please note though that it is more adequate for a teenager or a kid.
