New hotel but opened before finished.

This hotel is extremely new and may not have the advantage of experienced staff behind it. The room was a very good size with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and many free TV channels. The things that let it down though are the standard of cleaning varies significantly depending on which lady is servicing the room. Upon arrival there was hair in the bath drain which immediately made me wonder what else had not been cleaned properly. The room was booked for 2 adults but the cleaning ladies continually only left us one bath towel, and one day did not leave any. This meant I had to try to explain this at reception which was made very difficult due to the language barrier. Very little English is spoken or understood. The fittings/furnishings are of poor quality so although new now, this hotel will age quickly (damage is already evident). The advertisements advertise a restaurant and laundry which are not yet completed, so we were unable to do any washing and needed to walk elsewhere every time we wanted to eat. Tried to get a haircut at the barber and the lady turned my partner away. We think it may have been because he spoke English and she could not understand, but she did not even try so this was disappointing. I feel that this hotel could do well as a less expensive option to the main hotel in town, but they let themselves down on the finer details which make for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
