Nice midrange hotel in Cesme

We had a very short stay at the hotel but the front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was nice, the kids wish we had stayed longer to try out the pool! The location was nice and quiet, the only reason I rated it down slightly was that it was a bit far from the city center and a bit uphill from any shops. Nice views from the hotel though, and not far from the main bus terminal.

Eigentlich ist es nicht mal wert 1 Stern abzugeben. Reinste Katastrophe - Zimmer garnicht sauber und zu klein - Bad nur eklig überall Rost, schmutzig und verkalkt. - Seife stinkt es riecht nicht mal schön - keine Tagesdecke vorhanden - für ein Babybett müssten wir extra 250 Lira zahlen - Waschbecken verstopft, Wasser fliest nicht ab, Föhn kaputt funktioniert nicht!!! - sogar ein Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht mal geputzt für Klopapier mussten wir Personal ansprechen und für saubere Handtücher genauso - Personal ok aber der Chef/ Inhaber was auch immer, schaut dich nicht mal an beim reden und hat nicht mal ein lächeln im Gesicht! - Das Wasser stinkt im Zimmer - Pool ok - Man darf kein Essen oder Trinken von draußen mitnehmen, aber haben es trotzdem gemacht, habe ein Kleinkind sorry!! - Ist nicht empfehlenswert bitte bucht wo anders - ah und der „Kaffee“ wenn man es Kaffee nennen kann, es hat nur eklig gestunken. selbst 1€ Kaffee beim Lidl schmeckt besser !!!

Oda güzeldi, ama temizlik açısından daha titiz çalışılabilir, yatak altindan rüzgardan tozlar çıktı, lekeli çarşaf serilmişti ve banyoda önceki müşteriden kalma şeyler duruyordu, kahvaltı her gün aynı ve çok az çeşitti, pandemi bahanesiyle tabakları çalışan kadın dolduruyordu ama ekmeği çayı elinizle kendiniz alıyordunuz, havuz başındaki tuvaletlerde sabun yoktu ve dezenfektan da, odaya da sadece 2 duş jeli konmuştu sabun vs yoktu.

Tam anlamıyla rezalet! Zaman ve para kaybı

Otelin sorumluları ve resepsiyon son derece kabaydı. 2 kişilik odaya ikinci oda kartı isteyince sert bi şekilde hayır dediler . Çünkü güç kaynağında unutabilirmişiz. Otel odalarına ulaşmak için 2 tane ayrı 30-40 basamak merdiven çıkıyorsunuz. Buraya kadar Asansör yok . Odaların olduğu binada asansör çoğunlukla bozuk. Otel odasında 5 gün boyunca duş alamadım çünkü su hem çok az akıyor hem de asla sıcak akmıyor. wifi ye sadece 10 dk bağlanabildim sonrasında hep hata verdi. Kahvaltı son derece vasattı. 8-10 arasında ki kahvaltıya 9 u biraz geçince gidince azalan hiç bir yiyeceği yenilemiyorlar sorunca da bitti cevabı alıyorsunuz . Hiç anlamadığım neden bu kadar kabalar ve nezaketten yoksunlar ? Hiç bir şekilde memnun kalmadım asla önermiyorum paranıza yazık . Acele karar verip araştırmadan geldik. Bize ders olsun !
