Good breakfast but bad manager

It is not 5 stars hotel. Barely 3 stars. 2.5. Was super cold in rooms, manager talked at night near our door and his phone rang at 11 pm. Breakfast supposed to be at 9 but manager slept till 9.30, breakfast area was super cold so we turned on lamp by ourselves. after we woke him up, at 9.45 he served breakfast which was actually very good and yummy. This is a good thing about this place - breakfast. Bed was ok, but made sounds when you move.

Wir empfehlen das Hotel trotz seiner guten Lage im Allgemeinen nicht. Von außen sieht das Hotel eigentlich sehr schön aus, aber es ist ebenso ungepflegt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber und überall waren Flecken. Beim ersten Betreten des Zimmers waren Glasscherben auf dem Boden und unter dem Bett lagen mehrere Staubflocken. Unter dem Bett lag zudem ein butztes Handtuch. Die Handtücher waren ebenfalls ziemlich fleckig. Wir mussten zwei- oder dreimal darum bitten, dass das Zimmer gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden. Es wurde gesagt, dass dies gemacht wird aber es wurde dann doch nicht gereinigt. Das Bett war sehr schlecht. Es quietschte sehr und die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm, aber wenn man die Tür des Badezimmer gelschlossen hielt, drang der Geruch nicht ins Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr standardmäßig, aber ausreichend aber das Besteck war dreckig. Insgesamt hätte das Hotel viel besser sein können. Der Pool war sehr schön und groß. Der Garten war auch schön, aber wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, verliert das Hotel aufgrund der Sauberkeit und der alten Betten sehr an Attraktivität.

Görsel olarak bahçe oda dizaynı vs. güzeldi oda temizdi bu iyi yanı.Kötü yanı yatak çok konforsuzdu ses çıkarıyordu ve dengesiz duruyordu sineklik çok zor kapanıyordu duşakabinde öyle sorunluydu.Oda da Buzdolabı yok su yok peçete yok.Kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok az yetersiz mesela 2 kişilik kahvaltı yarım simit yarım domates yarım salatalık 2 dilim peynir böyleydi.İlgili alakalı değillerdi memnun kalmadık önermiyorum.

1. Bestialischer Gestank aus den Badzimmern zweier unterschiedlicher Wohneinheiten, in der ganzen Urlaubszeit (eine Woche)! Nichts half. Man bekam tatsächlich Kopfschmerzen. Wir mußten mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Diesbzgl. werden wir einen Schadenersatz verlangen! 2. Mindestens jeden zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser. 3. Es wurde gelogen bis Balken biegen: der Chef tat jedes Mal überrascht, als ob er nicht wüßte, daß seine WCs stinken und seine Anlage kein ausreichendes Warmwasser liefert. Die versprochene Maßnahme gegen den Gestank war lediglich Legen von zwei Mottenkugeln. 4. das Hotel wurde auf google mit 5 Stern angegeben, was der einziger Grund für mich war, das Hotel zu buchen. Als wir den Chef damit konfrontierten, tat er wieder überrascht, als ob irgendein Geisthand die 5 Sternen darauf gemalt hätte. Ich persönlich würde dem Hotel -5 Stern geben. 5. daß der Chef beim Check-Out Geld für Kaffee und Wasser vom Frühstück verlangte, als ob man das inkl. gebuchte Frühstück eigentlich nur trocken zu sich nehmen sollte, war eine andere traurige Geschichte. 6. die freundliche junge Frau arbeitete als Empfangsdame, als Servicekraft, als Putzfrau, wahrscheinlich auch als Köchin und war somit total überlastet. Wir finden es sehr unmenschlich und müssen hier erwähnen. Daß unsere Zimmer 7 Tage nur zweimal gereinigt wurden, nahmen wir es hin.

Das war eines der schlechtesten Unterkünfte, die ich je gebucht hatte. Mein Mann und ich hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, da meine Familie ebenfalls in diesem Hotel war. Da angekommen, schilderte die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang, dass es mit unserem Zimmer Probleme gebe, da die Elektrik nicht funktionieren würde. Es war ein sehr fragwürdiges Argument. Sie meinte zusätzlich, dass wir dieses Zimmer nicht beziehen können. Mein Mann redete mit dem Chef, der uns ein anderes Hotel an einem anderen Ort anbot. Leider hatte dieses Hotel nicht die Leistungen, wie Frühstück inbegriffen, Pool und Strandnähe, wie das was wir gebucht hatten. Wir waren sehr entsetzt. Mein Mann wollte daher 30% Rabatt, den der Chef nicht zustimmte, stattdessen hat er uns 100 Euro zurückerstattet und Frühstück in dem Hotel, das wir nicht beziehen konnten, erlaubt. Es war nur mit Stress verbunden. Die Parksituation und der Service waren ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Zudem haben wir jeden Tag hinter den Mitarbeitern verrennen müssen, um das Geld zu bekommen. Eine weitere Sache kam hinzu, dass das Hotel im Internet mit 5 Sternen ausgezeichnet war, es aber nicht mal einen Stern hatte. Dieses Hotel würden wir niemals wieder buchen.

Kesinlikle odalar temiz değil. İlk girdiğimizde 2.kez temizlenmesini rica etmiştik ona rağmen temizlik kötüydü. Şuan ki sahibi oteli yeni devraldığını söylemişti. Otel konsepti ve havuzu çok iyiydi fakat odalarda kullanılan dolaplar sehpalar kırıldı kırılacak gibiydi. Odamızda bir su ısıtıcı ve bir bardak bile yoktu.

Otelin havuzu temizdi. Çevresi temiz düzenliydi tatlı küçük sessiz sakin bir otel . Fakat odaların her gün temizlenmesini beklerdim . Sadece bir kere havlularımız ve çöpümüz alındı . Banyoda gider kokusu vardı ilk iki gün ama sonra koku azaldı. Biz kapısını kapalı tuttuk . Banyoda havalandırma ızgarası ya da penceresi olsa aslında havasız kalmazdı. Kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu . Küçük tatlı bir balkonu vardı . Yatak rahattı fakat gıcırdıyordu. Kahvaltı da iki kişiye yetebilecek bir kahvaltıydı.

Gayet temiz ve ferah odalar. Güler yüzlü çalışanlar ve otel sahipleri vardı. Ambiyans olarak çok çok güzel. Her şey çok güzeldi, memnun kaldık. Bir daha gelinebilecek bir yer mi? Evet. Tek sorunu sivrisinek olması, losyon ile bu sorun da ortadan kalmış oldu.

Gecen sene konakladigimiz ve memnun kaldigimiz bu otel bu sefer hayal kırıklığı oldu.Saat 14.10 da otele ulasmamiza ragmen odamız hazir degildi kirliydi.Yaklasik 1saat daha bekledik.Odaya giris yaptigimizda banyo kum ve kir içindeydi.Duş basliklari arizaliydi.Nerdeyse tüm banyo aksesuarları paslanmış vaziyette.Odayı satın alirken 2 günlük kahvalti farkı ödememize ragmen 2.gün bu hakkı kullanmadık.Siz düşünün kahvaltıyı.
