Muhteşem

Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik hatta tatilimizi uzatmaya karar verdik. Her şey çok iyiydi eksik ya da kötü diyebileceğimiz hiç bir şey yoktu. Otel konum olarak merkeze çok yakın ancak bir o kadar da sakin bir bölgede. Aracımız için otopark olması bizim için önemliydi geniş ve korunaklı bir otoparkı var. Odaların temizliği, çarşaf ve havluların temizliği çok iyiydi her şey mis gibi kokuyordu ve en ufak bir leke bile yoktu, yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Havuzun büyüklüğü ideal ve temizdi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi özellikle ev yapımı reçellerini çok çok beğendik. Damla hanım giriş anından çıkışa kadar bizi hep güler yüzle karşıladı hiç bir isteğimiz geri çevrilmediği gibi yaptıkları jestlerle de tatilimizi güzelleştirdiler. Çalışanlardan Emir Can beye de ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz çok çalışkan ve sıcakkanlı. Daha önce kaldığımız otellere ikinci kez gitmeyi düşünmemiştik ama bu güzel aile işletmesini çok sevdik bundan sonra Alaçatı’ya geldiğimizde başka yerde kalmayı düşünmüyoruz. Tatilimizi güzelleştirdikleri için teşekkür ederiz😌

Nice little gem

Lovely hotel, close to restaurants and Saturday morning market. Nice pool & great tasting breakfast. Damla at the front desk so kind, helpful and assists with customers needs efficiently.

We had such a great experience at Balambaka Orel. It was very relaxing. The staff is very nice and friendly. This is a family business who take care of their customers. The breakfast is excellent with fresh fruits and homemade jams. We will definitely come back.

An amazing and relaxing hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Alacati street. 10mns walking distance to public transportation and Alacati street. Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The neighboorhood is very peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommended for a relaxing stay.

Wir waren zu dritt acht Tage in Balambaka Hotel. Es ist das sauberste Hotel die ich je gesehen habe.Kleines Feines an jedes Detail gemachtes Hotel. Zur beliebten stadt ca 10 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aufjedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
