I did not even get to stay this date and lost money n had to rebook and repay all because of the dates I put in switched somehow and seems like the third party couldn't help fix the problem as neither could the hotel and I'm a Wyndham member so I'm a little disappointed on still being charged with no refund or at least a free one night stay to make it right besides that it's a nice friendly place to stay by the water

Great lake view, nice sitting area outside each lake view room on the ground floor, including a grill...not sure about other floor levels... some areas were under construction but not an issue, room was nice and beds were clean, fresh daily buffet breakfast with excellent kitchen staff and friendly encounters with each level of staff.
