Parking for oversized vehicles is really nice, but parking lot it tight. My only complaint is that the carpets are really dirty where the magi quest stations are. To the point that your shoes stick on the tile surfaces when you go back out to the tile. Other then this everything was great.

I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this place. Our kids loves the lodge and water park. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the lodge is very nice but in the morning there was a big queue but there are 2 grab and go option ( Starbucks) was also available. Easily you can book the lodge for one night and use the park for 2 days. Parking close can be an issue.

Security! Open up!

Security woke us at 3 am banging on our door. There was a noise complaint and they had the wrong room. A grunted apology was all we got after I made it obvious they had the wrong room. They asked my wife and I if we, “had a bunch of kids in our room.” Nope, just me, my wife and me. Thankfully, the kid’ll sleep through anything. People make mistakes and kids prank maybe, but you gotta make damn sure you got the right room before slamming on the door and shouting “security!” at 3 am in a family theme park hotel. It made a fun weekend stressful for us — sleeping well that night was essential for us as part of our stay.
