LOCATION! LOCATION! EXCLUSIVE FRONT AND CENTER WITH GARAGE! If you are a "Four Seasons" vacationer like myself, this is it! Best views on the mountain!! Complete luxury!! Practically floor to ceiling windows with slope views directly across the street from Giant Steps Lodge and the main ski runs make this 2 story (sleep 8) condo the best place to stay on the mountain. VERY EXCLUSIVE! THERE ARE ONLY 8 FRONT units and only 2 CENTER UNITS facing Giant Steps slopes and we are perfectly in the center unit!! Walk across the street to the chair lifts or watch the family ski while you are making lunch in the kitchen or resting on the couch while taking a break from the morning bustle. This is probably the only place on the mountain you can literally lay in ANY bed and watch the snowboarders and skiers hit the runs. With a full kitchen and stainless steel appliances, a bunk room loft and 2 masters (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) along with 2 full bathrooms both with jacuzzi tubs and full separate showers you cannot beat this newly remodeled beauty! Walk out on one of the 2 balconies for incredible panoramic views. Enjoy a snowmobile adventure or a fun day of tubing on the hills. There is a free shuttle across the street to get to the other side of the mountain if you want to change it up and ski there. We like this side and the main lifts. You are in walking distance to 3 restaurants , ski rentals, and a grocery store. Must see to fully appreciate this masterpiece! The mountain-facing wall of windows is uncovered so you look straight at the mountain. There are no homes/units in front of you anyway. Just enjoy what we do-waking up staring at an incredible mountain view! It’s beyond breathtaking!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, right across from the mountain and the restaurants and general store. The condo had beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and we enjoyed watching the skiers when we were not on the slopes ourselves. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our meals. It was decorated with local and ski themed art. I don't think there is a better place to stay in Brianhead.

Best seats in the house!
I could say so much about this property, but really, all you need is to take a look at the view. You’re literally right across the chairlift, making this the closest thing to a ski-in, ski-out accommodation. Plenty of movie & games for the little ones to distract themselves with. If I could only describe Kayli’s property with one word, it’d be: efficient. Bonus points for the cute Brian Head/ski themed decor upstairs!

Owner was very receptive with quick, easy communications. Property was excellent for a VRBO guest, location, amenities, ease of access, nicely furnished all with the guests in mind. Garage is very close to the front door and covered which is great during the snow season. Many thanks, will return soon.

Luxury at the bottom of the lifts
Like they say – location, location, location. This place definitely has a great location. We’ve stayed in many rent-by-owner places and many of them fall far short of how they are described in the listing. However, this place surpasses your expectations. The beds are very comfortable and, in addition to plenty of pillows, there are many extra plush blankets to snuggle up with or fall asleep under. Lots of little extras provided in the kitchen and bathrooms (heated floors!). Furnishings and appliances are updated and very nice. We stayed there for 5 nights and prepared our own meals every night, so we got a lot of use out of the fully stocked plates/utensils/kitchen prep tools. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided as well. They even have a shovel for those of us who are not accustomed to living in snow conditions. The owner, Kayli, was very responsive to all of my questions both before we got there and while we were there (many of which were already answered in the Guest Instructions Book if I would have read it first!).

Wonderful Christmas Vacation with Magnificent Views
This was our first Christmas away from home and it was wonderful. Kayli (the owner) made everything easy and she was very helpful with any questions we had. We were right across the street from the Giant Steps Ski Lodge and had great views of the mountain. The condo was very clean and well stocked with new appliances, cooking utensils, condiments, etc., all you need to bring is your food! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and, as advertised, all had great views of the mountain. Where to park was a little confusing in the beginning, you can park along the street in front of the condo but parking became scarce as more vacationers arrived. Each condo has garages but ours was not available, which would have been great to store our ski equipment and containers etc. We recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again because it was perfect, centrally located and walking distance to everything. We loved it!
