Late check in from driving many hours. Bed & pillows were comfortable and temperature well regulated. Clean room and efficient at front desk. Sound proof room not exactly accurate... I've not seen that on a description before, so the BF had high expectations and we actually could hear the neighbors muffled tv all night. It was okay with me but I must've slept better that night.

Clean and very spacious. Clerk at the front desk was super helpful. Only negative was that the washer and dryer had serious issues. Did not fully spin and dryer couldn’t handle the very wet clothes. Hung them in our rooms. Great price and close enough to Zion for our needs.

Customer service was very good. Room was clean and breakfast was robust. This is very much a quick in and out hotel - we stayed for one short night on the way to Zion where we needed to be able to get into and out of our car easily. No frills, good budget option.

The bed was actually pretty good… But to get to the room there was no elevator; I walked up the stairs through two external doors into a breezeway to the door opening into my room. The breezeway had traffic noise echoing through it all night long. The room was positioned immediately above the swimming pool, which was open until 11 PM with an entire bus load of high school kids in it. The TV didn’t work… So I called the front desk. The lady said “Oh, in that room you have to use the remote to turn on the cable box. Then you must get up and turn the TV on manually on the back of the screen, and then you can use the remote to change channels. When you’re done watching TV you do everything in reverse…you get up and turn the TV off manually, then use the remote to toggle off the cable box. “Do you have a different TV you can bring me?“ I’m so sorry….” In summary, don’t stay here!
