The house extends for about 40 square meters and is on two levels.


Ground floor: living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with small freezer, single bed with cushions for sofa use and pull-out bed and bathroom with shower without window.


First-floor : double bedroom with the possibility of a third bed and bathroom with shower and window (the stairs are equipped with a safety gate on the staircase for the safety of children).
